FAQs

Q: I'm not a medical person, but I want to learn CPR. Which class should I take?

A: Heartsaver is the class for you! It is designed for non-medical people that are interested in learning how to respond in an emergency. You can take it for CPR/AED only, First Aid only, or the full course that includes both. Heartsaver comes with a certification card that is good for 24 months.

We also offer Friends & Family training that covers CPR & AED without a certification card.

Q: What is an e-card? Is it safe?

A: AHA e-cards are secure and verifiable. There is no longer a need to keep a hard copy card for your records for the next 24 months. You can log onto the AHA website at any time and view/print/email copies of your cards and check expiration dates.

Q: Are you able to come to my office and provide training?

A: Happy Hearts CPR is a mobile company that can come to any office/place of employment and provide training. All we need is some floor space and a way to play videos (can be a TV with HDMI port).

Q: How long is my certification good for?

A: Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications are all good for 24 months.
